In Moscow, our new county chair had the brilliant idea to rent the Kenworthy theater downtown to host a watch party for Obama's acceptance speech tonight. It was a fairly big deal, with a full house (they stopped counting after 250 entered).
If you want more, I've started a flickr photostream - the pics from the outside are quite nice, but all the indoor ones are pretty terrible. I saw other Latah Countians with their cameras tonight, so maybe I can convince them to add more photos to the set.
250 people?! I'm pretty sure that's at least as many as we had at the Basque Center. Thanks for the post, Sara ... and great work, Latah County!

Sara, word is that McSame has picked a Vandal as his veep. It'll be interesting to hear what Moscow thinks of this.
